MEET THE 2026 KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Gaelin Elmore.avif

Gaelin Elmore

Founder & CEO

Gaelin Elmore, CSP, is a nationally recognized keynote speaker, consultant, and trainer who helps leaders and organizations build cultures where people truly belong.

A former NFL player, Big Ten Scholar-Athlete, Wilma Rudolph Award recipient, Certified Speaking Professional (CSP - a designation held by fewer than 700 speakers worldwide) and a 2024 Marquis Who’s Who honoree, Gaelin brings a powerful combination of lived experience, research, and practical leadership insight to his work. Gaelin’s story has reached more than 100,000 people since delivering his first keynote to over 2,000 people as a sophomore in college. For more than eight years, he has partnered with organizations across corporate, nonprofit, education, and government sectors to strengthen leadership, workplace culture, and team connection. His clients include organizations such as Target, Circle K, Molson Coors, the National Children’s Alliance, and the Child Welfare League of America.

The struggles of Gaelin’s early life have profoundly shaped the way he sees the world today as a speaker and leader, but most importantly as a husband and father. Through compelling storytelling and actionable insights, he equips leaders to create environments where people feel valued, trusted, and empowered to do their best work.

Gaelin and his wife, Micaela, live in Minnesota with their four children, where family life continues to shape his perspective on leadership, belonging, and the impact of everyday moments

Stronger Partnerships, Stronger Families, Stronger Futures.
It's more than a conference theme—it reflects the vision that emerged from the Resilient Families Project. Through collaboration, education, and conversation, we work
together to support families involved in the child welfare system.

STRONGER PARTNERSHIPS

Connect with experts, like-minded individuals, and diverse perspectives throughout the conference. Share insights, ask questions, and learn from a supportive network of partners working to give  children and families opportunities to thrive.

STRONGER FAMILIES

Resilient Families provide practical knowledge, resources, and encouragement to help navigate challenges and build stable, nurturing environments for children.

STRONGER FUTURES

Together, we can improve outcomes for all of those involved in the child welfare system, through collaboration, understanding, and shared responsibility. Let's build communities where every child, parent, and caregiver has the support they need to thrive.

THERE IS POWER IN COLLABORATION

The Resilient Families Conference was held on October 19, 2026, and was made possible through the dedication, partnership, and shared commitment of many individuals and organizations who believe in supporting children and families. We are grateful to everyone who contributed their time, expertise, and resources to create a welcoming space where people could come together to learn, connect, find encouragement, and gain valuable support.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Tracy Family Foundation for their generous support and vision. Their investment made it possible to turn this idea into reality and bring our community together around a shared goal of strengthening families and improving outcomes for children.

Together, we are building stronger partnerships, stronger families, and brighter futures.
